You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body, game provider, or authoritative source. gt188's decision on bet settlement is final except in cases of obvious error.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific market rules. For live casino games, if a game round is interrupted due to technical issues, the round will typically be voided unless it had reached a point where the result was already determined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gt188 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
gt188 has a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any attempt to use the Platform to launder money or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
gt188 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. gt188 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gt188 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gt188 customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your Account, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
gt188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued provision of services would violate applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, all outstanding bets will be settled according to standard rules. If your Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, gt188 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your Account. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gt188 holds its primary operating license. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute with gt188, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to participate in good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
